About
Informal Bio
A restless spirit, an inquisitive mind and a compassionate heart.. took me to different places to perfect my treatment modality. I trained with renowned professionals in the US (Texas, California, New York, Colorado, Alaska and other states) Latin America, several countries in Europe, Indonesia, Australia.
My journey started by using talk therapy and mind driven techniques, my practice rapidly extended to exploring body oriented healing techniques that then led to meditative and mindfulness practices. This journey took over 20 years and it feels amazing to assist people in finding their own version of the unity between mind, body, and spirit so that the brain (thoughts and decisions) work hand-in-hand with the “heart” (emotions) and body (actions you take). Talking about “achieving” it or “embodying” it, is talking about fundamental work in all areas of life.
Now I combine various cutting edge techniques to offer a deep experience of transformation and self realization to become your best you.
I believe that the integration of body and mind is a foundational point for healing and evolution of human beings.
